TAP Air Portugal

FOR THIS TYPE OF ENQUIRY

Understand the refund process

TAP has an online route for requesting a refund or checking its progress. Voluntary refunds follow the fare and route conditions, and the airline notes that assisted requests can involve a service fee.

1. Identify whether you are starting a request or checking one already submitted.
2. Use the original ticket issuer’s required form or contact channel.
3. Keep the acknowledgement and check the provider’s stated process for follow-up.

The phone number above keeps its published department label. A general reservations line is not presented as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund outcome is promised.
