Understand the refund process

SWISS directs refund enquiries for travel-agency purchases back to the agency on its US customer-relations page. For a direct purchase, use the airline’s current refund process and the conditions of the fare.

1. Identify whether you are starting a request or checking one already submitted.
2. Use the original ticket issuer’s required form or contact channel.
3. Keep the acknowledgement and check the provider’s stated process for follow-up.

The phone number above keeps its published department label. A general reservations line is not presented as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund outcome is promised.
