FOR THIS TYPE OF ENQUIRY
Understand the refund process
PAL includes ticket-refund functions in Manage My Booking subject to restrictions. An agency-issued ticket may require action by the original agency instead of the airline’s self-service tool.
- Identify whether you are starting a request or checking one already submitted.
- Use the original ticket issuer’s required form or contact channel.
- Keep the acknowledgement and check the provider’s stated process for follow-up.
The phone number above keeps its published department label. A general reservations line is not presented as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund outcome is promised.
