Understand the refund process

The KLM refund guidance links the amount to ticket type, travel class and route. For eligible bookings, the refund flow can also start the cancellation, so review the consequences before submitting it.

1. Identify whether you are starting a request or checking one already submitted.
2. Use the original ticket issuer’s required form or contact channel.
3. Keep the acknowledgement and check the provider’s stated process for follow-up.

The phone number above keeps its published department label. A general reservations line is not presented as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund outcome is promised.
