Understand the refund process

EVA Air provides Refund Application/Inquiry separately from Cancel Booking. It also lists a different route for rescheduling and refunds after disruption, so establish why the journey is changing.

1. Identify whether you are starting a request or checking one already submitted.
2. Use the original ticket issuer’s required form or contact channel.
3. Keep the acknowledgement and check the provider’s stated process for follow-up.

The phone number above keeps its published department label. A general reservations line is not presented as a dedicated refund hotline, and no refund outcome is promised.
